Silas held my waist while I stretched up on wobbling knees, just high enough to reach between our two bodies and stroke him. Since I can’t stop gushing about it in this caption, I’ll put the synopsis and more details on the following slides. I think Karissa did such a brilliant job dropping little hints as to what the ending would look like, it made it all the more poetic and beautiful.

My favorite scene in the book is when Eliza and Silas are sitting on the floor outside Logan’s pod, and they’re finally admitting that they know the other person via their dreams. The man with the ocean flecked gaze and sideways smile who came to me so often in my sleep I just learned to expect it.For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare--poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. Delightful, sexy, made me wanna fall in love all over again just to feel the way Gus and January did. Planetary cargo and such to help them better understand the historical significance of moons and their dwellers. It’s left a bit open ended but it is so HEAVILY implied, that I’m not sure how someone can say it’s completely lacking a HEA.

The book is advertised as a sci-fi and it was cool to see such a romance heavy book set in a fictional and very cool space world.
