I have purchased this product twice and highly recommended to anyone who wants to try to capture their babies footprints at home. With my social distance casting appointments you will still have the same level of service and stunning results. Gina was amazing, patient and kind with my 4-month-old when we had his casts done, (2 full sets and 1 half set) the results were just beautiful. The Chromatic Alginate is super skinsafe and can be used on the youngest child as designed for use in the mouth. The only thing you will need is a beater - ideally an electric hand whisk plus something disposable to mix the plaster in (like an ice cream tub) and then a container that the hand or foot will be plunged into.

Our youngest hand and foot casting so far was for a baby of 7 days and the oldest for a couple celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary who wanted to provide the family with a lasting memory. We also used a container that was not see through so we were unable to see that her little toe was against the edge so there is a small flat surface in the cast as a result. A 3D mould takes approximately 2 minutes for each hand and foot and is entirely safe, your baby/child will have their hands or feet dipped into a warm mixture which then becomes firm (but flexible), after a minute or two the hand/foot can easily slide out – which incidentally comes out clean. From the mould and intricate detail of each hand and foot cast to the top quality styling and frame choices, When looked after, your final unique keepsake will stand the test of time. Packaged in an elegant presentation box, the finished article can be collected or delivered (by courier) to your home or work address.after an hour or so the plaster has set, gently break away the alginate mould from the 3D plaster cast to reveal a true work of art! I highly recommend Mum or Dad doing the finger test as recommended in the instructions so that they know how it feels as it is setting.
